Co-Ed Flag Rugby

The perfect entry point into rugby — open to all genders, all skill levels, and all the fun.

What Is Flag Rugby?

Flag Rugby is a non-contact version of the sport where players pull flags from a belt instead of tackling. It's fast, exciting, and accessible to everyone — no prior rugby experience needed.

Our Co-Ed Flag program is designed for youth who want to try rugby for the first time. Players learn the core skills of the game — passing, running with the ball, and working as a team — in a safe, welcoming environment.

Whether your child is a seasoned athlete or picking up a ball for the first time, they'll find a place on our team.
