Our Mission
Green Bay Youth Rugby was founded in 2013 with a simple goal: give young people in the Green Bay area access to one of the world's greatest team sports. Rugby teaches more than athletic skills — it builds discipline, respect, and a sense of belonging.
We offer programs for players from ages 5 through 18, from first-time flag rugby participants to competitive high school athletes. Every player who walks onto our field is welcomed, coached, and challenged to grow.
Our coaches are passionate volunteers and experienced rugby players who are dedicated to developing the whole athlete — not just their game.
What We Stand For
Inclusion
Rugby is for everyone. We welcome players of all backgrounds, skill levels, and genders. We do not allow family finances to prevent kids from gaining the benefits of team sport.
Development
We focus on building skills, confidence, and character — on and off the field.
Community
Our club is a family. Players, coaches, and parents all play a role in our success.
